Lyndale Gardens

The Cornerstone Group and North Bay have developed the site of the former Lyndale Garden Center, just north of Lakewinds Co-op. The project consists of 104 residential units (including 30 condominiums, 8 townhomes, and 66 apartment units) spread across four buildings that stretch from Richfield Lake to Lyndale Avenue, as well as future additional retail/restaurant space behind Lakewinds Co-op.
