Planning Commission


The Planning Commission is a seven-member body, appointed by the City Council, that is charged with guiding the orderly and compatible development of Richfield. The Commission holds public hearings and makes recommendations to the City Council regarding long-term land use plans, zoning regulations and development applications. 


The Planning Commission holds meetings on the fourth Monday of each month at 7:00 pm.
