To provide public comment:
- To provide a public comment for the Open Forum or for a Public Hearing ahead of time, please submit your comments by 2:00PM on the day of the meeting by contacting Sam Crosby at scrosby@richfieldmn.gov or dial 612-861-9776.
- Please include your full name, phone number, address, and comment.
- If emailing your comments, use subject line: “Planning Commission Open Forum” or the title of the Public Hearing Agenda Item.
- Leave a voicemail or email by 2:00pm on meeting date to ensure adequate time to disseminate your comment to the Planning Commission.
To participate live during the Open Forum or a Public Hearing you may attend the meeting in person, or Dial phone number 1-415-655-0001, Meeting ID: 2630 506 7483, Access Code: 1234. Please note: The Meeting ID number will change with each meeting and be posted here by 2pm the Friday prior.- As you call in, you will be placed in a queue. Please press *3 to raise your hand so we know you would like to speak. When it is your turn, you will be moved into the meeting to provide your testimony.
- Please remember to mute the device you are watching the meeting on, and any other items around you during your comment period.
- Agendas are published on the Thursday before the meeting. Minutes are published following approval at the next meeting. "Draft" minutes will be attached to each agenda for the previous meeting. 'Complete Agenda' files can be large and downloading may take a few minutes.
