Alcohol or Food License for restaurant/café/etc.
Animal License: Any dog or cat living in a Richfield residence
Animal - Multi-pet Residential license: Application for residential kennel license for any residence that houses 3 dogs or 3 cats
Animal – Commercial Kennel License
Environmental Plan Review: For all new, altered, or remodeled food facilities (restaurants, health clubs, commercial day care facilities) also pet shops, therapeutic massage and lodging facilities
Itinerant Activity: Includes solicitor/canvasser, transient business merchant, wagon peddler/hawker
Liquor Dispensers: Any person who serves alcohol as part of their employment

Temporary Food: Community events serving food products and open to the general public must apply for a temporary food license at least 10 business days prior to the event. A consultation with a food sanitarian is required before a license can be obtained.
Temporary Liquor License: An event that requires a temporary alcohol license must submit an application 60 days prior to the event as City Council approval is required before the alcohol license can be issued.
