For Credit/Debit Cards:
To use your Credit/Debit card, also come to the market information booth and we’ll give you $5 tokens to be spent at the market. These tokens do not expire until the end of the market season, so you can save them for another day OR spending them that day. There is no fee to use your Credit/Debit Card. FOR CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS ONLY: you will receive change back from the vendor if you do not spend the full $5. These tokens can be spent on anything at the market!
To use your EBT Card at the market:
Come to the market information booth. We will run your card for the amount you request and then give you $1 tokens to spend on eligible products at the market. These tokens do not expire until the end of the market season, so you can save them for another day OR spending them that day. These tokens must be spent only at Richfield Farmers Markets.
Market Bucks and EBT:Now when you use your EBT card at the market, we’ll match you up to $10 free in Market Bucks! For example, if you buy $4 in EBT tokens, we’ll give you $4 in Market Bucks or if you spend $10 in EBT tokens we’ll match you $10 in Market Bucks or if you spend $12 in EBT tokens, we'll give you $10 in Market Bucks.
NOTE: You may only receive market bucks once per day at the market. Market bucks expire at the end of the year, however you may use them at several different MN farmers markets.

Women, Infant & Children (WIC) Fruit & Vegetable Vouchers and Farmers Market Nutrition Program (FMNP) Checks:
Our markets also accept WIC and FMNP vouchers. To use, bring your vouchers or checks and look for produce vendors who display a yellow sign reading “Farmers Market Nutrition Program Checks and WIC Fruit & Vegetable Vouchers Accepted Here.”
NOTE: Only produce vendors may accept your WIC vouchers and FMNP checks. Eligible vendors will display an FMNP sign. Vendors opt-in to this program, which means that not all of our produce vendors are eligible to take WIC/FMNP as payment. Just ask at the market information booth, or look for the FMNP/WIC posters at each participating vendor booth!
